As Chairman of the Board and Chief Executive Officer of Global Convergence, Inc. Jim Bradshaw is focused on the long term planning and strategic direction of the company. With over 20 years of experience in the technology industry, Jim founded Network Dynamics (a Global Convergence Company) in 1994. Prior to starting NDI, Jim was a corporate officer and General Manager with TechForce Corporation, a public company that successfully built a nationwide lifecycle services practice to plan, implement and manage mission-critical network environments. Jim holds a Bachelor's degree in Marketing as well as a Master's degree in Finance.
Prior to joining GCI, Mr. Berggren worked as a software developer for Interlink Communication Systems where he held the titles of Web Developer, Senior Systems Developer, IT Director and CIO. As a .Net/SQL Server programmer, Vic is passionate about technologies in the database or web server stack. An early pioneer in e-commerce, Mr. Berggren helped deploy the first fully ERP and CRM integrated e-commerce system in the Technology Distributor community where his team received the Pinnacle Award for Innovation from Great Plains Dynamics. Today he serves as CTO and is responsible for the IT portfolio and setting the technology vision for all Global Convergence Companies. He is Microsoft Certified, attended St. Petersburg College and is an active member of the Computing Technology Industry Association and the Microsoft IT Advisory Council.
As CSO of Global Service Operations, Colin is responsible for leading GCI’s global integrated services strategy. Colin comes to us with extensive experience in global sales and service operations. Colin joined GCI from Dimension Data-Europe where he was a significant driver of an initiative to build, formalize and standardize processes for seamless ITO and Enterprise service delivery to meet customer requirements globally. Prior to that he held various leadership roles at NextiraOne UK and GFI Informatics UK. During the past 20 years Colin has been primarily involved with organizations where mergers and acquisitions have driven the need for business change leading to migration, transition and transformation of services.
As SVP of Global Sales, Jim is responsible for leading both the Financial Vertical sales team as well as the entire International sales team. Jim has been in technology sales for over 20 years. Jim joined GCI in 2000 as one of the first employees. Prior to GCI, Jim was Vice President of Sales at TechForce. He also served in various sales roles at AT&T Paradyne, Digital Equipment Corp (DEC) and Xerox. Jim holds a B.S. degree in Marketing from Syracuse University.
As the Sr. Vice President of Global Sales, Pete is responsible for leading GCI’s global sales organization in the Americas. Pete has been in technology for over 20 years, and has extensive experience providing customized IT solutions to hundreds of diverse clients from all market sectors. Prior to GCI, Pete was the Founder and COO at Myriad Network Service, Inc. He was also Vice President Worldwide Customer Support at Ascom Timeplex, Inc., Director of Business Planning at Computervision Corporation and a Divisional Business Manager for GTE Corporation. Pete holds a B.S. and an M.B.A. from The University of Tampa.
Richard "Rick" Lewis is the Sr. Vice President of Global OEM Services and Development at Global Convergence, Inc. company. Rick has extensive experience in IT sales, IT services sales, services product development and delivery, as well as general sales and IT services management and marketing. He has been with the company since 2000. Rick previously worked for TechForce Corporation in several leadership positions, and has also held senior management roles in service and product sales with AT&T Paradyne, Tektronix, and E.R. Squib. Rick holds a bachelor's degree in business and management from Northeastern University in Boston.
As Director of Services Sales in EMEA, Jean-Marc is mainly responsible for leading the International Services sales across Continental Europe and Africa and runs the local French entity. Jean-Marc has been in technology sales and marketing for over 25 years. Jean-Marc joined GCI in 2014. Prior to GCI, Jean-Marc was International Business Development Director at NextiraOne HQ. He also served in various Business Development & Marketing roles at Alcatel-Lucent, and sales role at Thomson. Jean-Marc holds a MBA degree from EM Lyon.
As the Director of North American Channel Sales, Jennifer works directly with the partner community, driving continued growth through the integration of leading edge technology and robust service solutions offered in the GCI portfolio. Jennifer is an industry veteran leveraging 20+ years of IT Distribution Sales & Marketing experience, supporting the channel and cultivating customer business opportunities. Her talents for business were fostered throughout a successful career in sales at Tech Data Corporation. Jennifer is driven to succeed with a “can do attitude” that motivates both partners and colleagues alike.
As Vice President of Revenue Performance Management (RPM), Brandon provides accountability for driving better integration and alignment between all revenue and profit-related functions, including Product and Services Sales, Marketing, Global Solutions Services Group (GSSG), and Finance. Prior to joining the GCI leadership team, Brandon was a former White House intern and has been a consultant for both Booz Allen Hamilton and Deloitte, most recently managing the industry’s first 3D-Printing consulting offering. He is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) and holds a Bachelor’s degree from the Pennsylvania State University, as well as a Master’s degree in Public Policy from George Mason University.
Global Project Management Operations, North America
As Vice President of Project Management operations at Global Convergence Inc. for North America, Al is responsible for directing the company’s global project management practice leadership in building and maintaining solid program and project methodologies in support of GCI’s domestic and international clients.
Al joined Network Dynamics in 2007 and brings over 20 years of experience in the data communications and telecommunications service industry. Over the course of his career, Al has gained extensive customer service, service operations and project experience in an international business environment. Prior to joining NDI, a Global Convergence Company, Al was the Director of Service Operations at Vital Network Services over US and UK Managed Services and Project Management Offices. Between 1996 and 2000, Al was instrumental in the creation and development of the Vital PMO. Al has held various senior project, program and operations management positions with General Data Comm.
As Vice President of Distribution Operations, Al Higgins brings over 25 years of experience in the networking industry to his position. Prior to his role at Global Convergence, Inc., Al joined Interlink Communication Systems (a Global Convergence Company) in 1994 and was promoted to President of the company in 2000. Throughout his career, he has had a major focus on building sales channels, partner recruitment and vendor alliances. Al holds a Bachelor Degree in Economics.
As director for the EMEA based global service operations team, Adrian is responsible for coordinating the Operations and Service Desk teams based in EMEA. Part of his role is to develop a strong team that delivers customer satisfaction while also building long lasting relationships with the customer’s representatives. Adrian joined GCI in 2015 as the result of the acquisition of FCS Global where he held a leadership role as an Executive Director. Adrian has a bachelor degree in Computer Science in Industry.
As Director, Office of the CEO, René manages Corporate activities that promote the growth and positive image of GCI. In this Business Administration role, she works directly with key business units on Program Administration, Special Projects, Event & Meeting Planning, Expense Review and Facilities Management. Reporting directly to the CEO and managing the Business Support Center, René is a central interface for domestic and international contacts. René’s proudest GCI accomplishment is the project management of the design/buildout of the new Corporate HQ that has enhanced customer perception and the workplace environment. Prior to moving to Florida, René was the Managing Partner of a commercial office building and executive suite company in Pittsburgh, PA. She holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration/Business Education.
Todd has 20 years of professional experience in various marketing, sales and business development capacities. As the head of marketing for GCI, Todd is responsible for the planning, development and implementation of all aspects of GCI’s marketing strategy, campaign, communication and public relations activities. He was most recently at Vital Network Services (now Vology) where he was responsible for all aspects of marketing from strategy through execution. Prior to Vital, Todd held several leadership roles at various companies including Kforce and Tech Data. Todd received his BSBA in Marketing from University of Central Florida and his MBA from Florida State University, but remains a Gator fan to this day.
As the head of Global Service Governance, Yan is responsible for developing and improving governance tasks in the Service organization to ensure the process in which decisions are made are fully investigated, documented and managed. He also reviews and manages contracts in the EMEA and APAC regions and reports on a range of topics within Services to provide trends, historical data, and forecast projections. Previous to joining GCI, Yan was an international liaison with regards to EU law and compliance for Wys Negocios Internacionais, based in Brazil. Yan graduated from the Université de Lausanne (Switz.) with a Bachelor in Finance and holds a Master in Political Science from the University of Geneva. Yan speaks four languages including English, Spanish, French and Portuguese, and is also learning Romanian and German.
